Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Create intelligent and scalable engineering solutions from scratch by collaborating with clients to understand their product vision and goals.
- Work on high-level and low-level product designs and roadmaps alongside a team of expert developers.
- Responsible for designing server-side components, creating detailed technical designs, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Build products and applications using cutting-edge technologies on the open-source Java technology stack, HTML5, Backbone.js, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
- Review and comprehend business requirements to ensure that development tasks are completed within the provided timeline, with minimal defects after thorough testing.
Preferred candidate profile:
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 6+ years of hands-on web development experience in Core Java and J2EE
- Ability to define technical architecture, hands-on coder, maintain standards, and other team policies
- Experience Experience with OOAD frameworks such as Springboot, Hibernate, and REST with Agile methodology and development tools and in TDD, Continuous Integration, and build tools ( Maven, Jenkins, Gradle)in end-to-end application development in an Agile environment and managing a team of at least 3 people
- Good knowledge of Design Patterns and experience with databases like MySQL, Oracle, or any NoSQL
- Understanding of the latest technologies and tools in the Java/JEE space
- Know how around integration patterns for queuing, caching, etc
