We're committed to providing seamless support to our valued customers across India.Position : Customer Support ExecutiveResponsibilities :- Initiate outbound calls to applicants who have applied for CSC ID.- Provide comprehensive information about our government-authorized portal and the services offered.- Encourage applicants to register for CSC ID by highlighting the benefits and convenience of our platform.- Assist applicants in completing the registration process and resolving any queries or concerns they may have.Requirements:- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.- Ability to engage with customers effectively over the phone.- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of government services and online platforms preferred.- Prior experience in customer support or telemarketing is a plus.Performance Expectations:- Generate a minimum of 10 new CSC ID registrations per month.- Handle a minimum of 25-50 outbound calls daily.- Achieve performance-based targets to qualify for bonuses and incentives.Compensation:- Additional bonuses and incentives based on registration targets achieved.- Opportunities for career advancement and skill development.Working Hours:- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Requirements:- Personal mobile phone with reliable internet connectivity.- Willingness to work from home.- Candidates selected for the position will receive detailed onboarding instructions.Join our team and be part of a mission-driven organization committed to serving communities across India.
