Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and cross-sell products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through telecalling and virtual relationship management.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in Banca or Branch Banking.
  
• Strong knowledge of Sales Life Insurance, VRM (Virtual Relationship Management), Telecalling, Cross Selling, and B2B sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone calls.
