Working Schedule:

  • Days: 5.5 days with 2nd and 4th Saturday off
  • Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Work location: Delhi/NCR


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and authorized channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, general physicians, hospital procurement teams, and other key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and partners to gather insights on product movement, purchasing behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Liaise with hospital purchase departments to understand product demand cycles and procurement timelines.
  • Identify and generate new leads; follow up diligently to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to internal teams to support planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field visits, communications, and sales performance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the Reporting Manager.
  • Participate in promotional events, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience interacting with doctors and medical professionals is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for effective data collection and market reporting.
  • Willingness to perform extensive fieldwork and engage with clients across the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s).
  • Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
