Hands on experience with US job portals like Dice, Monster, Jobdiva, LinkedIn & other social media networking sites.
Excellent salary negotiation skills with candidates.
Good understanding of IT Technologies.
Good understanding of US Tax Terms.
Experience recruiting on W2 and C2C.
Good internet skills
Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
Willing to work in a challenging environment.
