Should be a B.Com / B.Sc. / B.E (Computers / IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA HR - Fresher or with Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Placement.Have good communication skills. Should be responsible for overall recruitment cycle.Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates. Follow - ups with candidates.Coordinating with the client and the candidates. Prepare and post job description on various job portals.
