Job Description

Recruitment Manager - Domestic

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of domestic labor laws and hiring practices.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
