Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Experience- 7years to 10 years

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect/Lead to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce architectures, leading Salesforce migrations and implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures
• Develop and maintain Salesforce technical roadmaps and strategies
• Lead Salesforce migrations and implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems
• Develop and enforce Salesforce governance and security policies
• Conduct Salesforce performance optimization and tuning
• Design and implement Salesforce data management and integration strategies
• Develop and maintain Salesforce technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Proven ability to develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies
• Experience leading Salesforce migrations and implementations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce governance and security policies
• Experience with Salesforce performance optimization and tuning
• Proficiency in Salesforce data management and integration strategies
• Ability to develop and maintain Salesforce technical documentation and knowledge base.
