Job Description

eClerx is currently hiring for UNICA Operations.

PFB the JD for reference:

Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager to VP level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less technically or analytically minded audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years of hands on experience in managing email campaigns/ campaign operations
Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of experience on IBM UNICA Marketing Automation platform. Certification is added plus.
Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of hands-on
Experience of working on SQL. Certification is a plus.
MS Office, esp. strong proficiency with MS Excel and PPT
Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans.
Outsourcing / offshoring experience is a plus
Overall experience > 7 years
Experience in leading teams of size > 5
Proven project management skills with experience of having executed at least 1 big project successfully
Proven expertise in developing solutions based on client requirements
