Qualification: HSC / Any graduate - arrears can be considered

Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly in Hindi Language.
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shift (24/7) with 2 days rotational Off.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
