Competent professional with over 5-7 years of rich & extensive experience in Recruiting, Team handling, client coordination

Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management and client management

Sharing requirements with the team on daily basis

Proven expertise in building and managing large scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.

Ability to meet targets consistently

Strong experience in Man Management by virtue of building and leading a large team.

Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence, acquisition and management
