Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).
• Maintain and troubleshoot user accounts, email configurations, and permissions in Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory.
• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Support cloud-based services with a basic understanding of Microsoft Azure environments.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Document support processes, resolutions, and system updates.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience in Microsoft Azure
• Good communication skills
