Job Description

Objective of the role : To coordinate and design of PHE&FF, HVAC systems for multiple sites

Department : Projects

Location : Mumbai

Qualification Required : B. Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical)

Roles & Responsibilities:

To design and coordinate with design consultants, internal Execution, Planning and Design team for PHE& FF, HVAC, Electrical for the projects assigned.
To prepare indents with correct specifications for respective functions
Evaluate & co-ordinate with vendors for specific PHE& FF, HVAC systems
Monitor the implementation during construction
Technical liaising with consultants, architects and project teams in order to facilitate timely project execution
Make a comparative study and finalize service orders
Vendor management

Competencies Required:

Knowledge of electrical & electro mechanical systems.
Strong coordination skills.
Sound understanding of civil work and plans
