Job Description
- Should have 6+ years of experience in Testing for Life Insurance application
- Should have knowledge Agile Testing (Manual + Automation)Possess strong Insurance domain knowledge on Life Asia(AS400) application for New Business, Claims and Policy Servicing
- Plays a critical Agile Tester role in coordination between multiple squads located globallyHands on Experience in Hierarchy Management like Agent Creation, Agent Movement, etc, Compensation Management like Bonuses, Incentives, Commission, etc, Performance Management like Persistency, Agent Contest, KPIs, Finance Management like Tax Calculation, GL Posting, Payments
- This role will be a bridge between all the business users and IT App team and cater to their systems needs and requirements
- Able to create/review test design as per User Stories and estimate testing effort associated with the user stories and all testing tasks
- Experience of creating, executing, and maintaining test plans and test scriptsGood understanding in on defect Life cycle
- Must have working knowledge for API TestingCan individually manage client expectation and can take ownership for the assigned task
- Ability to create and send daily status report
- Activity to set priorities, strengthen operations, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results and adjust the organizations growth in response to a changing environment
- SKILLSET (Must Have)Understanding in Life Insurance for New Business, POS and Claim processing
- Should have experience in Life Asia application
- Must have knowledge on Databases Testing, Rules Testing and SQL queries
- Must have exposure towards Agile, Jira processes and Certified in Agile and ScrumShould be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills
