Hello All,
Greetings from 2COMS consulting pvt ltd!!!
Currently Hiring Associate / Pickers / Van Cees Profile For Big Basket
Experience- ONLY FRESHER
Salary- 12K CTC
pf+esic+cab(Both sided cab facility)
Qualification- UNDER GRADUATION
Location- Hyderabad
Work Location :-
Nacharam, Hafeezpet, Manikonda, Karwan, Saroornagar,Balanagar, Kandlakoya, Kompally
Eligibility criteria:
Should have knowledge of English i.e., understanding of English. Ability to read and identify.
Minimum 10th Qualified.
Only Male candidates required
Age should be between 18-35 years
No pick and drop facility(Travel on your own)
Fooding will be provided.
Comfortable with all shifts (Morning,Evening And Night)
Local language/Hindi would be preferred
Job Role:
On receipt of Order Copy, pick the relevant items from racks/warehouse and place them in right crates for completion of the entire assigned order.
An associate will handle the role of picker apart from unloading, stacking (FIFO), picking, and segregation.
He / She will Keep track of all the stocks in assigned racks and flag any discrepancies to the manager.
Need Only Immediate Joiner
1 day in a week rotational off
Shift will change every 1-3 months basis business requirement. Picker has to walk inside the warehouse and involves physical workload.
Incentives will be provided
PF+ESIC, Rs 5 Lakhs Accidental and term life Insurance, Top Performance bonus.
All Pickers are ranked on the basis of productivity, top 10% pickers receive Rs 1500 and top 20% pickers will receive Rs 500.
INTERVIEW MODE -
1 st round - Telephonic
2nd round - F2F & 4 hrs training. Interview Letter will provide by BB & candidates use this as a road pass.
Shorlisted candidates will join on Next day & collect physical pass.
