- Think of innovative ways of Knowledge Delivery
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Content writing and content creation experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Knowledge management content creation and content creation experience required-
- Bring automation concepts to improve the process efficiency and avoid routine transactional activities
- Develop different techniques and strategies to acquire and market content to the community
- Ability to work closely with the Knowledge Advisor in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to execute the content driven activities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously deliver quality output
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders
- Adhere to the set SLAs and compliances
- Strategize according to the metrics and results analysis
- Promote reuse of relevant key knowledge assets for the community/industry
- Shares best practices insights and expertise with others
- Ability to delegate activities with detailed instructions
Candidate Specification:
- Experience in Knowledge Management Content Management and/ or Program Management role is preferred
- Should come across as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- SharePoint 2013 WordPress
- Strong data measurement and analysis skills
- Strong Data Presentation Skills
