Job Description
- Security Questionnaire Management: Complete and submit detailed security questionnaires and assessments for prospective and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Experience with Quickbase and Loopio is a bonus.
- Technical Research: Conduct continuous technical research via internal tools and external resources to ensure that the most relevant and up-to-date information is included in all responses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the security, product, and compliance teams to gather necessary information and stay updated on the latest security features, certifications, and compliance changes.
- Technical Writing: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of responses to common security-related questions and ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with our security posture.
- RFx Insights and Metrics: Regularly provide insights and metrics to leadership, including win/loss rates, selected for demo rates, and submission rates, to help guide strategy and decision-making.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers security-related inquiries during the presales process, providing clear and confident explanations of our security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the security questionnaire process, including automating responses where possible. Take ownership of these improvements to drive better results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in completing security questionnaires or security assessments, preferably within a SaaS environment. Experience with Loopio is a plus. Experience with Quickbase is also a bonus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS products, security concepts, and compliance standards (eg, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Technical Writing Skills: Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical roles, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude towards learning and improvement, with a willingness to take ownership of processes and outcomes.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in completing questionnaires and documentation.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
