Job Description
We seek a SAP BASIS HANA Administrator - Senior Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Detailed Knowledge of HANA Architecture 2.0 (Distributed HANA DB Architecture) i. System DB ii. HANA DB iii. Index server
- Knowledge of HANA Admin activities including: i. Performance Tuning, Monitoring Memory and CPU Utilization ii. Troubleshooting Expensive Queries iii. Troubleshooting Connectivity problems and Network Performance iv. Troubleshooting Configuration Parameter Issues v. Monitoring System Alerts and Resource Utilization. vi. SQL trace analysis
- 5 + years Advanced Level of experience in HANA Platform Admin and Support activities.
- Working experience of at least 2 HANA end to end upgrade projects.
- Expertise in design & creation of Information Models in HANA using Attributes views,
- Analytic views, Calculation views (both Script based & graphical)
- Advanced level of experience in HANA SQL is must. Advanced Knowledge of hosting SAP HANA on Hyperscalers like GCP , AWS and Azure is a must.
- High level knowledge of SLT and BODS.
- Working experience of how to identify existing solutions for SAP HANA issues.
- Working on SAP Notes and engaging SAP Vendor Team.
- Knowledge of HANA Security (Overview of Users/Roles/Analytical Privileges).
- Working closely with Basis team, Security Team, BODS Team, SLT Team and BOE Team.
