Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Automation Testing: Automation testing efforts based on project requirements, balancing the benefits of both approaches.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and derive test scenarios and cases.
• Test Script Development: Develop robust and maintainable automation test scripts using Java, Playwright, and other relevant tools.
• CI/CD Integration: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines, particularly utilizing GitHub.
• API Testing: Conduct comprehensive API testing to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Project Ownership: Take complete ownership assigned tasks, ensuring thorough coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills

• Java Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Java programming language for automation script development.
• Playwright: Proficiency in Playwright for cross-browser web automation testing.
• CI/CD, Specifically GitHub: In-depth knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, with a focus on GitHub.
• Rest Assured: Hands-on experience in API testing and Proficiency in using Rest Assured for API automation testing.
• Expertise in writing test cases in the BDD framework.
• Understanding of quality assurance and testing processes using SAFe Agile.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software products.
