Please go through the below mentioned job description- Qualification- Any Graduate Experience 1yr- 3yrs Shift Requirement Should be flexible for 24*7 Shifts Working Days 5 days Domain- Back office/ BPO Operations/ US Healthcare Underwriting Strong knowledge and working experience of Hospital Indemnity/ Accident/ Disability Candidate should be aware about medical terminology knowledge. Underwriting, B Pharma, Should have handled and verified documents before paying/ denying claims Skill Set Required- Strong commitment to customer service and quality Excellent keyboard skills Proven experience as data entry associate Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude Good communication skills (Written Verbal) Good interpersonal skills Exposure to US Healthcare Insurance and hands on experience is preferred Flexible to work in rotational shift Good analytical skills Deliver assigned tasks within agreed SLA An Effective team player with high integrity and positive attitude Well versed with MS office suits application Typing speed should be 35- 40 words per minute with 98% accuracy
