Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop eLearning content, including modules, microlearning, and assessments.
Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Review content for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
Ensure adherence to WCAG 2.0, copyright norms, and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with SMEs and media teams to deliver projects on time.
Mentor junior designers and support quality assurance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in instructional design and digital learning content.
Familiar with quality frameworks, content review, and project coordination.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
