Job Description

Hiring Open for Construction Chemical Industry- Sales

Multiple openings

Promotional Activity to be done Through Team and own
Key Accounts Tracking and Solutions Selling
Projects Visits and LMS conversion
RTG User Connect and Banking
Focus Products Sales and Marketing
Market and Products development

Achieve Primary Sales Target and Secondary targets in DRCP outlets in Assigned WSS TTY
Achieve Specific Product Wise sales Objectives on a Monthly /Quarterly basis as per Plan

To understand WSS Management functions such as WSS policy.
Enforcement, Claim Management, balance confirmations and suggest corrective actions in case of Exception.
To Support Secondary in ISR Covered Outlets.

Deliver the Secondary Targets in Top outlets through superior engagement and tie-up Program.

To do Activities like Naka meet/RKP/Formal Meet as per the Plan.
Enroll the new Users in RTG Program and Make them to Bank higher Points every Month.
