Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for interior fitout of retail stores.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure all project activities are executed as per the schedule and within budget.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project integrity.
- Finishing Activities:
- Manage all types of finishing activities including POP, gypsum, false ceilings, painting, tiling, marble installation, grinding, Flooring, light fixing, faade, kitchen installation and waterproofing.
- Ensure the finishing work meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the project.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in managing projects for high-end retail outlets such as apparel stores, hotels, jewelry shops, and coffee shops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering ,Interior design, Architecture Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management for interior fit out, especially in retail outlets.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
