Desired Skills

Must have managed Large Engagements into Application Management space;
Must be from SAP Background;
Senior Leadership Stakeholder Management;
Good knowledge of Project Management ITIL and CMMI Level 5 processes;
B Tech
Related SAP Certifications;
PMP Prince2 EM certification would be an advantage

Responsibilities

E2E delivery management for a large program engagement Skills Service Delivery Manager ;
Will be responsible for e2e delivery management for a large program engagement ;
Participate in creating proposals deal reviews and making presentations to the clients;
Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity;
Conduct periodic delivery reviews identify issues and resolve them advise on risks and suggest corrective actions;
Manage and improve offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins;
Work with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery;
Work with client executives and enhance offshore business;
Manage team of at least 125 150 people across accounts with leads PM in each engagement;
Work with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements;
Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project ;
