Infosys-BPM is hiring people for US Mortgage - (Under writing/ Preunderwriting, Loan Origination, Service) Process. | Jaipur
Minimum qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3 Years of Full Time Education).
Designation: Process Specialist.
Shifts - US shift only.
Work experience: Minimum 2 years to 6 years of relevant experience.
Principle Responsibilities:
Role Process Specialist: Individual Contributor
- US Residential Loan Origination /underwriting/Services Mortgage Experience Preferred
- Knowledge in any of the mortgage servicing departments
- Basic Awareness of Mortgage Documents
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Attention to detail or Eye for detail
- Customer Interaction: Handles /helps resolve escalations at the process level
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
He / She would be responsible for:
1. Execute transaction as per prescribed guidelines and timeline
2. Transition coordination - process training and certification
3. Process compliance - Need to deliver work with in the defined SLAs
4. Individual contributor role-candidate will be responsible for the task assigned to him
Eligibility Criteria:
Expected Qualification
Any Graduate and or Post Graduate
Graduate / Post Graduate
Medium of education English
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
Professional and effective interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US mortgage industry
Familiarity with multiple Services/underwriting/Loan Originating systems

- Experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Excellent people management, organization and time management skills
- Data mining and analytical skills
- Strong customer focus
- Proven ability of building a high performing team
