Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant, Salesforce Developer- Data Cloud
In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS primarily. Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Data Cloud Development (Essential):
- Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data into Data Cloud.
- Develop data models and data flows to enable advanced analytics and insights.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights.
- Integrate machine learning and AI models into Data Cloud to enhance data analysis and prediction.
Agentforce Development (good to have):
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
- Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows
- Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.
- Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms
- Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
- Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
- Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Minimum Qualification:
- Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
