Job Description

At least 8 years of experience with fair understanding of transactional and analytical reporting systems.

In-depth knowledge of SAP BOBIP4.x product suites.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.

System Administrator experience of managing large multi-tenant environments.

Ability to provide training, Consulting, and L2/L3 support.

Gather requirements and provide customer-focused engineering solutions.

Able to coordinate/facilitate the issue resolution with vendors on behalf of the client.

Flexibility to work in classic software development or Agile development environments
