Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot common problems with Outlook configuration and email clients.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Willingness to travel within a given region.
