As a Manager - Quality, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards
Responsibilities: - * Conduct detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement from end to end, that is, contracting terms to delivery to sign offs
* Develop and implement optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements
* Monitor and manage costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget
* Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
* Provide training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects
* Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new processes and drive continuous improvement
* Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
