Job Description
ob Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report data that helps improve operational efficiency and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, developing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy and availability for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze operational and performance data from multiple sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and various departments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance trackers.
- Automate report generation processes using Excel macros, SQL, or BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all MIS reports and systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements for new reports or modifications.
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation and management of ERP, CRM, or other data systems.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
