Support the CIS team in coordination tasks
Source and screen candidate profiles as per requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update data using MS Excel
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Assist in basic QA tasks and documentation
Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes
