Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both functional and automation testing for backend and API-driven systems. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working on mission-critical applications in domains like payments, healthcare, or finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, NUnit/XUnit.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of .NET Core applications, Web APIs, and SQL Server backends.
- Conduct REST API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline (CircleCI preferred).
- Analyze business requirements and create effective test cases and test data for manual and automated testing.
- Execute complex SQL queries for data validation and backend verification.
- Ensure compliance and quality standards, especially in regulated environments (healthcare/finance domains preferred).
Required Qualifications:
- 5 + years of hands-on experience in QA and Automation Testing.
- Expertise in .NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server-based systems.
- Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, NUnit/XUnit.
- Solid understanding of payment workflows, including authorization and settlement processes.
- Experience with REST API testing and SQL queries for backend validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI or similar tools).
- Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other regulated domains is a strong plus.
