Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Empanelment:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard channel partners/brokers in line with business objectives.
- Develop a pipeline of potential partners across relevant regions and segments.
- Negotiate and formalize agreements with brokers and ensure compliance with company policies
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with empaneled channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners to address their queries and ensure support.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement initiatives to motivate partners.
Business Development:
- Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and KPIs through channel partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance the partner ecosystem.
