SFDC Scrum Master with Jira Experience @ Zensar

Job Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure a smooth Agile delivery process.
• Leverage Jira for tracking, reporting, and sprint management.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
