Job Description

1) Candidate must be graduate in Mechanical Engineering and having experience of minimum 5 years.
2) He should have exposure in Laying, testing commissioning of MDPE steel pipe in Oil and gas distribution as per standard tender procedure,
3) Preparing project execution schedule and continuously monitoring the progress as per schedule for maximum output.
4) To check verify bills documents generated for underground P.E. Gas Pipeline laying Projects. And also verify process the vendor bills.
5) He should have knowledge of Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing.
6) Inspect the Surface Preparation, WFT, Peel test and DFT of Field joint coating.
7) Inspection of Pulling HDD and MDPE, Pre and Post hydro test of Mainline.
8) Witnessed and inspect the Pre and Post Hydro testing including Swabbing and Vacuum Drying, Pre commissioning and commissioning of pipeline.
9) Welding inspection like Fit up, Tie In joint, Trenching back filling. Quality reports
10) Daily Look maintain according to plan and Scheduling. Verifychecking of Final Documentation. As built and isometric drawing Final RT films submission to client and close-out of project.
