Sourcing & Attraction: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
Interviewing & Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and experience, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on the hiring process.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top talent.
Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
