MEGA VACCANCY FOR "WORK FROM HOME" ,PAN INDIA , TELEPERFORMANCE Job

Description:This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills in Hindi with English .

5 months contract basis August to DECEMBER 31st 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer chat and calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, payments, and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1 year in a customer service or voice process role (Mandatory) with joining letter and relieving letter docs.
Education: Under-Graduates
Languages: Proficient in Hindi with English
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Assessment: Typing & AMCAT
3 Rounds

System Requirements (Mandatory):

Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
Webcam and UPS required
Internet speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
Noise-cancelling headset
EDR installation and SHL system check report required

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Monthly CTC: 20k, Take home 18k
