Job Description
As a Technical Lead Fullstack Java, you will be part of an agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for creating scalable, bug-free applications.
- Responsible for communicating with clients/leads/Teams.
- Responsible for following and managing processes for organization and clients.
- Exhibit language proficiency, and independently write application modules, unit tests, and design.
- Troubleshoot issues with the application code.
- Review code to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and defects.
- Contribute to identifying sources of defects in the application code.
- Influence best practices development, contribute to process enhancements, and enforce best practices on project work.
- Mentor juniors or new team members.
- Conduct end-to-end system testing.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Backend: Java 7/8/11 (Java from core to advanced concepts), JUNIT, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST API, Microservices
- Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5
- DB: SQL, Oracle 11g
- OS: Windows, Linux
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with users to gather requirements and suggest solutions
- Experience working with business/IT users to understand business requirements, analyze existing code, and write functional and technical specification
- Good organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to meet time deadlines
- Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to quickly attain and understand new processes with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Ability to work at the highest technical level in all phases of software systems programming applications
Good to Have Skills: -
- Exposure to Azure ADO, AWS, DynamoDB
- Docker/Containerization
- Having knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, Enterprise architecture patterns
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
- Track record of success in applying Agile principles and practices to deliver value regularly
- Healthcare Insurance Domain experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
