Role & responsibilities

  • To handle operational tasks and day to day activities for CarDekho.
  • Managing customer and client escalations.
  • Managing backend and interdepartmental relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Distinct customer focus and quality mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a solid sense of setting priorities.
  • CRM systems, Ticketing systems, Excel.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
