Job Description

Designation : Customer Care Executive/ Sr. Customer Care Executive / Customer service
International BPO
Process: Voice Outbound Process ELD (Electronic Login Device)
Shift :Night (9:30pm - 6:30am)
Experienced : 0 to 5yrs
Salary :9k to 18k + Incentive

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling Outbound/Inbound calls.
Campaign about the product.
Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound processes.
Identify and Assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Queries and issues resolution.

Criteria :

Good command over English
Qualification- minimum 10 pass & above.
Basic knowledge on computers
