Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to support our e-commerce operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting products, assisting in order placements, and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience. You will be the voice of our brand and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and offers.
  • Respond to inbound queries regarding products, order status, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist customers in placing orders through the website or over the phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow up on leads and drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in [mention relevant languages: e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu].
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good persuasion and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily call or sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service in e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
