Job Description

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and cross-sell Motor, Health, Fire, Marine, Workers Compensation, and Liability insurance.

• Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims servicing.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver customer-first service.

• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, and other teams for smooth execution.

• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Stay updated on insurance product offerings, regulations, and competitor trends.

 

Qualification & Experience: 

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: 0 to 7 years

• IRDA certification preferred (Not Mandatory)

• CRM & MS Office proficiency
