Oversees engineering teams and projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor engineering teams.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure technical accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ in leadership.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering tools
