We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Specialist, focusing on Enterprise Data Management and Data Insights. Key Responsibilities:
- SAP SAC Implementation & Configuration:
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, focusing on data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and help configure SAP SAC solutions that align with business needs.
- Support the integration of SAP SAC with various SAP and non-SAP systems to consolidate data and deliver real-time analytics.
- Data Insights & Analytics:
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights using SAP SAC to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Develop and design dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in SAP SAC to visualize data trends and business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc and standard reports for business users, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data insights.
- Power BI Reporting & Analytics:
- Support the integration of Power BI with SAP SAC for enhanced reporting and visualization capabilities.
- Support development of Power BI reports and dashboards, combining SAP data with other data sources to provide comprehensive business insights.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users in utilizing Power BI for their reporting and analytics needs.
- Data Management & Governance:
- Assist in managing enterprise data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with business governance standards.
- Work with business and technical teams to ensure data is accurately modeled, cleaned, and prepared for analysis in SAC and Power BI.
- Help define and implement data governance practices to maintain high data integrity and reliability across the organization.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAC with other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAC and Power BI solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements as required by the business.
- Assist in training end-users on SAP SAC and Power BI features, helping them maximize the value of their data.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Assist in documenting data models, workflows, and configurations within SAP SAC.
- Ensure that all reports, dashboards, and insights are well-documented and easily accessible to stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, data trends, and analytical findings for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and basic configuration.
- Understanding data management principles, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of integrating SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW) with SAP SAC and Power BI for seamless data flow.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics.
- Experience & Project Delivery:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP with a focus on enterprise data management, data insights, and analytics.
- Proven ability to work on SAP SAC and Power BI-based reporting and analytics projects.
- Experience in working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design reports, and deliver data-driven insights.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to transform complex data into understandable reports and dashboards for business users.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Education & Certification:
- A Bachelors degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) certification or Power BI certifications are a plus.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP HANA, or other SAP data management tools.
- Experience in Power BI will be an added advantage
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud-based analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance practices.
