Strong domain expertise in property/commercial underwriting domain

Should be able to evaluate and understand the various risk factors involved

Expertise in risk assessment, income/credit analysis and documentation review

Excellent knowledge of underwriting guidelines and restrictions

Good communication skill for sending emails to resolve any queries.

Should be able to support preparation of various reports and circulate to respective stakeholders.
