Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand services offered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales team and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Sales Executive Activities such as lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently from home office environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
