Job Description
Your Role & Responsibilities:1. Ensures achievement of defined Org goals wrt Content quantity, quality & its appropriate
promotion.
2. Successfully manages the defined Content lifecycle wrt defining, creating, editing, proofing
& promoting the marketing content to support the marketing campaigns across Inbound &
Outbound.
3. Quality of his/her content (across text, video & images) is consistently high wrt Landing
pages, Website pages, Customer Stories for both the reader as well as search-engine.
4. Work collaboratively with Sales, Presales & Program teams to ensure all content is wellaligned with Org priorities (wrt user engagement, online reputation, positioning).
5. Understands how to correctly position through Content - without misrepresenting
facts, undue exaggeration, or making false promises.
6. Proactively finds ways to write & promote new content wrt articles, blogs, white papers -
for increasing user engagement & better online Search share.
7. Creates content that highlights the Consulting nature of work, while also highlighting
company philosophies behind the work (Solution Architecture framework, Engineering lifecycle,
Mobile-Data-IoT lifecycle, etc).
8. Ensures adequate Content Promotion & focus on building external online networks (Press,
News, Media, 3rd party publishers, interviews, etc.) for enhancing online reputation.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in content management & promotion.
Good understanding of IT global market.
Ability to understand briefs and translate briefs into high-quality marketing collateral.
Excellent editing and proof-reading capability.
Strong communication skills and display exceptional command over both written and verbal
English.
