Location: Hybrid (Work from Home - Quarterly Visit to Pune or Bangalore Office)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST (Aligned with UK time)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle UK corporate tax compliance for group entities.
  
• Prepare and file corporate tax reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Work on direct and indirect tax matters applicable under UK laws.
  
• Ensure proper tax documentation, reconciliations, and data accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with UK-based managers and finance teams.
  
• Support year-end and quarterly tax provisions and returns.
  
• Ensure adherence to UK tax regulations and company policies.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UK corporate tax preparation.
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• UK direct and indirect taxes
  
• Tax computation and compliance processes
  
• Experience in preparing tax reports (not just reviewing).
  
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal (to liaise with UK managers).
  
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  
• Comfortable working in UK shift hours (1 PM 10 PM IST).
