We are currently seeking applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Data Engineer with expertise in Talend/SQL. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Talend implementation and architecture, including the latest version. Strong skills in Talend development, enhancement, and migration are essential, along with a deep understanding of tool functions, limitations, and hidden features. Experience in Talend server installation, configuring/administration, and relational database structures is highly valued. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong SQL reporting skills, experience in performance tuning, handling data issues, and a good understanding of the Banking & Financial domain. Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills are required. The candidate should have overall IT experience, along with expertise in Talend or other competing ETL tools. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and convert them into solutions - Lead the team, provide guidance, and work accordingly - Design end-to-end solution architecture and guide development teams in complex requirements - Actively participate in knowledge augmentation initiatives - Address customer concerns and issues promptly - Plan and execute upgrades for Talend software - Manage ETL refreshes and monitoring - Collaborate with data architects to suggest improvements in the Talend environment - Maintain scripts and documentation related to the product suite - Ensure data recovery and backup procedures are in place Qualifications: - Minimum qualifications: B.
