We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Sales with a leading real estate developer. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals looking to work on premium projects and grow their career in the real estate sector.

Position: Assistant Manager Sales
Location: North Bangalore
Experience Required: 3-4 Yrs in real estate/property sales
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Notice Period: immediate joining or 1 week

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for driving retail real estate sales in North Bangalore, working with a reputed channel partner firm. The role requires active lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closure coordination with developers and the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads via digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct site visits and present project details to potential retail clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams and channel partners
• Negotiate deals and assist in documentation and booking formalities
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
